Can someone tell me what the diffence between the retail and OEM versions of the G400. Other than software bundle. Are they really just the same cards?

Yes, they are the same card. Matrox saves cost by not having to have any fancy packaging, including any games or programs, and they save on shipping too(they bulk package everything which saves them shipping costs)
The OEM G400 DH come with the same heatsinks on the tv out and g400 chip, all 3 connectors and RRG support, 6ns SEC memory, the dualhead cable for svideo and composite out, and a CD with the drivers, tech demo, and Divicore DVD software.
