  • Odd visual artifacts with OEM G400 and keyboard or mouse input

I just noticed something that my little bro has been whining about...when you hit a key or move the mouse with this G400...I am getting very subtle (took me two weeks to notice) horizontal lines flashing across my monitor (Panasonic S70). I've monkeyed with drivers, res, refresh to no avail. It is most noticeable in Q3test. Any ideas?

No real clue, but it could be caused by your inexitant L2-cache.

Without an L2 cache almost every instruction has to be pulled out of the CPU core which is way slower than the L2 cache would be and thus could cuase artifacts ...

    Just guessing though.

Thanks Maggi. I've got a couple of 366 Cels coming in soon. I'll see if that makes any difference.
