After receiving my G400 MAX Yesterday I tested the DVD player right away. I hooked my tv on the second output and turned on the DVDMAX feature. First I tried a DVD with 24 fps movie (rush hour). It worked just fine. Then I tried a 39.97 (NTSC) fps DVD called Ninja Scroll. The computer couldn't keep up the framerate, the CPU was on 100% and missed around 15% of the frames. I clocked the CPU to 450 and still frameloss. When I disabled DVDMAX and played the NTSC DVD on the primary display only everything went fine. The CPU load was only 20% (!!) What is going wrong here! I can't watch any NTSC DVD's on my TV now! Anyone has this problem also and possible knows a solution? I tried all settings in the DVDMAX option panel already without success. I tried the default MATROX DVD player and WinDVD 1.2 but both had the same problem. I tried different resolutions, no success.
