OK, so I over night my flakey G400Max to RMA deartment two weeks ago. I suppose I feel vindicated that they didn't send it right back to me to indicate that the card was working properly.
I'm a little curious as to when I might be able to expect the card (or a replacement) back at all? Hell, they didn't even tell me they got it but luckily UPS got somebody to sign for it.
I just hope it was NOT some crafty, disgruntled per-order person...
Please advise.
