G400 at AGP 1X???

I just installed my G400 into my Microstar 6163 m/b, but when I used PCILIST to check the AGP xfer rate, it tells me 1X only!
I thought the G200 was sensitive, but this takes the cake.

Any suggestions??

Well you could try forcing it to AGP2X. Get the PD5 registry hacks from Ant's site. Not that you're missing anything, I found my MAX to be just as fast using AGP1X as when using AGP2X.

This is also depending of your motherboard... Do you have all the latest patches and BIOS ? Are you overclocking or using any enhancement utility?
