Well a few hours after I put in my order I got e-mail from Matrox that my product HAS SHIPPED!!! Can you believe this. I wait two months for the Max and give up. Then in one day I can get the regular G400. Folks give up on the Max, the wait is just not worth it, especially if they already charged you. Since you can probably overclock the G400 to Max speeds anyways I think the regular version is a better deal. I won't have a 21" monitor anytime soon to take advantage of the faster RAMDAC. When I do then the G800 should be available.

Just my $0.02.

My sentiments are the same as tish. All I hear from matrox the last year is lies. All we want is the the truth! Stop f***** telling me every week, um yeah eh uh next week maybe. I would respect matrox if they would post on their site an official letter to their customers explaining the whole damn mess! I would actually what another month if they were willing to do that.

That damn murphy guy! If I find his ass, Im going to kick it. So after I threw a huge fit this morning and not expecting much from matrox, I called them a couple hours ago and they told me that my card would yes, no um eh uhh, it was a very defininate your card WILL ship next the end of next week. So now we shall wait and see. btw my order # was 127xx

I am really curious what the Matrox policy is on how it distributes the Max cards. I can image that they want to give all people who pre-order from Matrox priority over retail outlets. Now if people continuously place orders with Matrox and they cannot keep up with the orders then people who place orders with retail outlets will have to really wait a long time. I fully understand the issues involved with production problems, I am in the electronics industry myself. I can't blame them for having trouble with their most complicated products but I have a real problem with them telling retailers that they will be getting cards in the next week when they still have such a backlog of direct preorders. Does anyone else see my point, am I preaching to the choir? I fully believe the two month estimate I got yesterday so retailors and consumers should read between the lines.

Hey I just got this today via email and its my third one in as many weeks.

Dear Mr. Rekamlias

Matrox has come along way in its products and tech support. Magazines won't be able to bash them as in the past, and it will only increase their market share.

But Marketing needs to get onboard with this new & improved concept.

Matrox e-mailed me last week and they informed me that the G400 Max will ship to distributors, including HOng Kong in Mid August. I hope they shipped some already.

I will e-mail them again today. How come Japan has some Max cards already?

Tenants refers to an "occupants," or one who pays rent to occupy land, builing, etc.

I went to your web site but cannot understand a word on it. Do you plan on adding translation, or does one have to DL the Norwegian Browser and convert?
