Does anyone know where I can get a G400 MAx or where I can Pre-order one without having to wait 3-4 weeks? If I canot find a G400 MAx is the standard G400 32mb good enough for gaming. I have a 550mhz Celeron(366 o'c) and 64mb SDRAM

Aug1516,
Noone except for Matrox knows when you can purchase a G400 Max. There have been a very few amount of select stores that have received them, but not in the US.
As far as the G400 regular, you will be just as happy with that card. It is almost as fast or just as fast as a TNT2 Ultra in many areas and you can overclock it to make it faster. There are still some minor issues with the OpenGL ICD, but the next release of drivers(5.2x) will have a pretty good fps increase. Either way you'll be happy

Using PowerStrip I have it running at 165/220 (+10%). I'll probably be able to get it higher still, but I just haven't tried yet.
The MAX is equipped with a fan, not quite a Lasagna Cooler but it does the trick... so you only have to take care about case temperature.

Nafets, default core/memory is 150/200. Right now I have it at 170/227, it's solid and I'm still going
Micko, I'll post some benchmark results for different speeds later.
I'm on a lowly P2@4x112, using AGP1X because of a driver bug. I want a driver fix, an Athlon, and I all want it NOW!!!P3@600 | Abit BH6 V1.01 NV | 256MB PC133 | G400MAX (EU,AGP2X) | Quantum Atlas 10K | Hitachi CDR-8330 | Diamond FirePort 40 | 3c905B-TX | TB Montego A3D(1) | IntelliMouse Explorer | Iiyama VisionMaster Pro 17 | Win2K/NT4
