PII 300/374 enough?

Is my PII 300 O/C'ed to 374, with 64Mb RAM enough for my soon-to-arrive G400 32Mb DH card?

Can anyone who has benchmarks of a similar system please post them?

Well it's not like it won't work with slow CPUs or anything.. The thing is that if your CPU is not speedy enough you'll end up having the same fps in every resolution because the geometry calculations stay the same.
But that 64MB of yours sounds like pain. I suggest that you buy more memory as the next update to your system. I used to have 128MB and I recently got 64MB more and believe it or not I could see the difference clearly.
Since the memory is cheap nowadays, it's strongly recommended to have at least 128MB.

Damn it, Buuri. Just yesterday I overcame the need to buy more RAM. Now I have to start fighting against the feeling again..
