DarkSyd that would be too cruel!!! The virus would be more humane than Win2000!

For those who shake their heads at some of these explosive acts of violence may I suggest a little reading on a topic called "behavioural sinks".

There I done be intellc'tal fer the day!

Revenge gets you nowhere. Don't bring yourselves down to that level. From the above I already heard tylau being named a 17 year old and a 'china boy'. Why go there?

      I somewhat agree with tish.
      Stop and think.

If we responded differently to tylau, do you think he would have reacted the same? Maybe, maybe not. You have every right to not agree with someone, but why hold it against them?

People all react differently. Something must have made him snap. I not only hope tylau learns from his mistakes, be we learn from them to. Always look at an issue from all angles.

I hear a lot of people post messages just yelling about tylau with names. They just throw fuel on the fire. Ignoring him might of been the best thing to do. Also, a lot of people were yelling about how pointless his rantings and scrollings were. Most of the responses/flames to tylau's actions were fairly pointless.

Hope I brought some new thoughts about these sorts of situations to you. Learn from the past and look towards the future...

        Well said!

I don't like taking sides. Obviously what were the chances for one Chinese guy against all of us loyal Matrox hardware users. Everyone went against him and so he snapped.

Anyway, lets just forget about him. He will eventually leave. The more you post bad things about him the more he will post pointless threads and them this forum will go down again. We don't want that do we?

        Regards,
        Manoj Mahtani

          Thanks, Rev!

The thunderstorm has passed us. The days ahead seem bright for this group. The Max's are arriving by the the bushels, buckets, turckloads, boatloads(errr... whatever). Now we can all enjoy the great video card Matrox intended it to be. People can now try to overclock them untill the chips smolter. Hopefully, the only argument left will be "I can clock my Max this high, I bet you can't do it!!"

It's nice to come to a place where Matrox users gather and exchange ideas. Hope this forum stays up indefinitly.
