PII Xeon and G200/400

Hi All,
just wondering if there are any limitations with running either a G200 or G400 in a system with dual Xeon processors. I got a hold of a i740 the other day and can't get it to run in graphics mode, i.e I can boot but NT stops on the blue screen with the processor and memory info. Did all the usual things, drivers, bios, etc. And as I don't have a manual, I don't know what processors the G200/400 supports.

AFAIK you should not have problems with any card from Matrox. Then again, why would i740 based cards give that sort of probs.
