Do overclocking parameters are permanent???

Or they are re-fixed at each start of Windows. I'm thinking about this; installing powerstrip, overclock and then uninstall powerstrip and have my G400 running at full speed

Hi Yop,

a.f.a.i.k. is the uninstallation the safest way of getting rid of old PowerStrip settings, thus the formerly changed clock rates will be gone.

Yep i mean if my computer crashe, then reinstalling windows, is my card kept his setting.?

or if I restart under another session of win, do i need to reinstall ps to get overclocked setting???

I don't know if Powerstrip changed but on the early versions, the settings would change back to default when windows restarted.
If you would buy the full version ($29.99) the settings would be saved and started with windows...

By the way, using g200clk with my G400, I noticed that it's NOT very accurate!

It says 126/126 default.
Powerstrip says 126/168 default

I found out that even though G200 says the wrong things, it can actually change your clock and memory accurately..
