I'll see him about 12:30 today, we play sports at lunch together. Tell me what the problem is and I'll ask him about it. We are on several forums together, what do you mean by, I'll have my chance? Did I do something? Did he do something to the extent that I shouldn't have associated myself with him?

    Thanks,
    Jay

I know how that is. All of my friends play bocce ball with me at tea time and we hang out on rec.wicker.baskets until the dinner bell dings. But it's the only time out you get when you work at a munitions factory and have no legs. No, don't cry for me. I will persevere.

James, I wasn't going to give her away anyway!!

You can still buy that bridge for us, though....

P.S: Any over-abundance of Airmiles would still help Holly alot...

What seems to be the problem? I just happen to work on a military base, we have a ton of facilities. Some people here are in Softball leagues, I'm in a Volleyball league, and we play Basketball regularly. What seems to be so unbelievable about that? He works in a different office.

            Jay

p.s. I talked to him and I'll see him at 1:00pm.

Hey, JamesA, I wouldn't call it lied to, exactly...just a little bit of misdirection....

And any woman with a fiance as breathtaking as Jorden would do as much, if not more...[this constitutes my glad compliance with section 13-2 of the Girlfriends and Fiancee's Unified Code, "say something wildly, extravagantly complimentary about Jorden once a day," as per regulations.]

What a nice thing to say, James! and further, some advice that Jorden actually agrees with for once! This is getting better every second!!

The cost of travel is not that bad, actually, since you ask..$550USD roundtrip air and between $100 and $250USD hotel for 10 days around his birthday in October. I'm surprisingly conservative in some ways (so I'd be embarrassed), and I'd certainly never ask or expect such a thing, but thank you for such a sweet and traditional suggestion.

Don't feel sheepish, kind hearts like yours are rare enough, and rarer around here, lately...maybe we're back on the upswing!

                        Thanks Joel!

                        Holly,
So you need about $1K to be with Jorden? That's like 4 MAXes (!!) from Matrox.. Hmm.. How about I donate a minute sum for now? Gimme an address and I will try to convince my wife to donate some $$$ to you lovebirds. Serious! My ICQ# is {censored}.

That's such a nice thing to do for Jorden's birthday.

(oh oh.. I think Kruzin may need a bucket soon..)

                        Take care all.

                        JamesA.
