  • Best/most reliable G400 overclocking utility?

Appologies if this has been asked before.

I want to overclock my G400 32MB Dual Head . What's the best program/utility for this?

  • #2
    Hi!

I would also like to know!

I want to also know how to overclock!

Once I get my G400 Max I probably won't have to worry about overclocking.

      Pick your camp

Just try it for yourself and see what suits you best:

There's g200clk, originally written for the G200 by Liew Khong Jye. It's a command line program with some limitations when it comes to the G400.

There's PowerStrip by Entech. This one uses a GUI (windows interface) and a single slider to satisfy your need for speed. It also offers many other features, like on the fly color/gamma correction.

And finally there's Liew's new program, currently in beta, called MGATweak. It also uses a GUI. You have to sign up for the beta in order to get it.

ManojM you just may be the most helpless person I have ever come across. You are on the internet! do a search, do some reading!! Why post these insipid questions over and over on multiple threads??

                    Maniac:

Sorry man. I guess I am more lazier than I thought.

I probably have to start doing some searching and reading myself. The problem is that I don't get that much free time as I have to run my company as well.

When I do get some free time I like to play half life! That game is too cool!

Anyway, this forum has been very helpful and I hate to see it go down.

                    Happy gaming!

                    Regards,
                    Manoj Mahtani
