Random Lockups....help!

[Paradox]

Without warning, (Win98 original) locks up displaying crazy colors. It might be related to the G400, but I've stopped overclocking it....anyone else have this problem.

I sometime have the same pb under
WinNT4.0/SP5 running Half-Life.

And it crashes hard if the bus control is not
disabled.
