I've had the same problem with the icons doing the little moving dance. I've tried just about everything but they still want to overlap or go into random positions. I've fooled around with just about every setting I can find in both Powerdesk and Windows 98 and I've used a very up to date virus scanner as well. I just can't figure this one out.

PIII 500@585, G400, Abit BE6, 256MB Ram, 9.1GB Seagate 7200RPM drive, SB Live!Value, 5x Creative DVD Rom, Diamond Supra PCI V.90 modem.

No IRQ conflicts. G400 is on IRQ 9.

Interesting little problem. By the way the orginal machine has now gone back since the user managed to break it. Don't know how but I'm interested to see his new machine.
