Thanks for the repost of that Hong Kong Phooey pic, Rags.. (saved for posterity)

I actually remember seeing that cartoon when it was new (that dates me pretty badly eh?)

    Kind Regards,

Thanks kindly to all for the welcome.

Jorden - Wow what does that mean in English???
Strangely enough, I work with a guy from Holland who was sitting here when I read your post. He actually met a girl from here on the net (Diablo chat), married her, and moved here to inordinately hot Texas (must be true love)

      Kind Regards,

      KvH

I thought I'd better say something besides "up" - been doing too much of that lately.

Welcome KvH, glad you've been enjoying the show. It's never too dull around here.

                Hello KvHagedorn...
Just when I thought I built a computer that not many others had - you go and try to top me. I recently decided to build a new system (since I'm a computer engineer) since my pent200 wasn't cutting the mustard anymore. My *new* system is close to yours - here's my list:

                P3 500, MC1000 Peltier Cooler to o/c to 620
Asus P2B-LS (onborad scsi & lan)
                256 PC133 HSDRAM
                18gig Cheetah
Teac 8x24 cd-r (burn full cd in 9 min, kool!)
                Pioneer DVD (scsi of course)
                Viewsonic P810 - 21" (gotta have a 21"er)
                G400Max - whenever it arrives, :-)
and some other odds and ends...

I spent a fortune on mine, how bout you?

                Laters,
                Jeremy

Well, J-Man, I actually tried the o/c thing last night. I have 103 and 112 speeds on the Thunderbolt board (also 124 and 133, but.. no way ) well, I was able to boot fine at 103 (x6 = 618) but 112 is a no go. I figure 618's pretty fast though. The thing that really cost me was the case and SCA module. Like $750 for both items, but it is a genuine work of art. Well thought out design, built like a Mercedes, and absolutely gorgeous. It looks like I have a Cray sitting on my desk, too

                    Kind Regards,

                    KvH

You've seen the goings on then between Jorden and Holly?
Matrox would be proud to know that becuase of their product, they have made two people happier! (Well, happy at the moment anyway....)
