Everybody got his MAX !?!

Well, not me. Should have arrived yesterday but not even a mail from matrox !!!

If a company tells me tey will ship a product at day x I realy expect a "sorry - delayed - expect it at day y" mail.

My order number is eu-41x

I am realy thinking of canceling this order. Not because I don´t want it any more, but I expect that my shop will have this card by next month and even at a cheaper price !

That's something you have to decide for yourself. What I would recommend though is that you just hang in there and if your local shop gets it in before you get it then cancel your order and buy it locally.

I just heard that the production facility in Ireland have just started producing those MAX'es. Except it next friday (8/28) or monday (8/30).
That's the best estimate I can do, it's based on the EU numbers who have gotten their cards.

Why matrox has not e-mailed you is bad customer-support.

No, you'll have to e-mail them and ask why, and then they will say "um maybe um the card will um get shipped um in the end of um next week", which it most likely won't.

Well, I yust got a mail from Martox !!!!
They will ship my card next week !!!!!!!

Thats the mail I have waited for so long <snief>

They are not in time, but who cares....
After waiting for 6 weeks, one week will not hurt me to much.

It's really wrong of them to charge your card before shipment. Any good discount mail order house won't do that. I ordered my MAX from ProVantage July 20 for $205. Hopefully I will get it without further delays (They are supposed to have them Sept 9) but they at least are not charging my card til they send it, and I saved $45 too.

Yes, it would have been better they charge my credit card at shipping date. But I knew it before and it was a part of the deal.
So it´s up to each person to do it or not.
