    I was just wondering if anyone here has ever written to Matrox Customer Service and received a response. I've written to canadacustomerservice@matrox.com (this was where they said people from Canada should send their queries to) and other Matrox e-mail addresses requesting clarification and never received a response at all.

    Has anyone received a response? Do they ever respond?

    You are not alone!

    I've sent four emails to the big M (different subjects) over the last 2 weeks and never recieved a reply to any. Whatever the reason, this looks bad. Really really bad. It just screams "we don't give a f&*k". Which is a shame 'cos there's probably a good reason, only everyone will assume the worst.

    BTW, Matrox UK tech support (phone) is a joke. Its only open for a few hours a few days a week, and if you are lucky enough to get through, you find that the guy knows less than you do. I found myself explaining stuff to *him* Crazy.
