Q1 lighting still F'ed up w/ new dvrs!

I've downloaded the new drivers, and after reading some of the postings, I have to agree that I think the new ICD is wrong. The "rainbow" Q1 lighting problem is still there, and I haven't noticed _any_ speed improvments in Q3:A.
I find this quite strange, considering the numbers Any posted a while ago, which showed a speed improvment with the new drivers.

Well we will find out tomarrow. My guess is they made a mistake.

Make sure that 'palettized textures' are disabled in the registry. If this is enabled it will cause the disco effects.
Also make sure that Vsync is disabled.

Yes, the "disco effect" wasn't on ROMs bug-list, and should not have been "fixed"...
