Just wondering if I did something wrong (probable), or if the OpenGL ICD in the 5.21 drivers looks "grainy" to anyone else. I only tested in Q3Test. With the VSync Off reg hack, it is definately faster than than the 5.13 drivers, and the colors look better than the V2 SLI rig, but (asbestos suit on) the over all image quality isn't as good as the SLI. I figure I've just got something set wrong somewhere, so if y'all can help out here without flaming me, I'll be able to go back to using the G200 for Q3Test. Relevant specs are:
G200, latest BIOS, PD 5.21 installed after using the pd untinstall util and VSync Off reg hack applied
P2 400
Asus P2B-LS system board, USWC enabled, tried 128 and 256 AGP aperture (sp?)
256 MB CAS 2 7ns RAM
In Q3Test my settings are the same whether I run the SLI or G200, which is that I set it to "Normal" then change the resolution to 800X600. If you can help, great. If you feel like to need to flame me for asking a simple question, well, I think you can figure that one out for yourself.
