No! Not FBI, he's a fellow Aussie! Sounds like he might be what we call spooks, or ASIO agents / officers. Then again, maybe he's not ...

If he was police rescue related, it wouldn't be classified. I would imagine there is heaps of govt positions where it is strictly forbidden to give out details. Best to avoid the issue, like not saying things like "can't say more than that, seriously" . Hehe, see the interest you've generated!? . No offence meant with the spook comment either (just in case!).

I suppose it all depends on what he is rescuing... if it's terrorists and millions of dollars, or just picking up the odd graffiti artist...

                            Someone´s gathering information...

                            Well,

I´m 27, have a boring job (about to change any day now). I live in Helsinki, Finland. Our country is NOT ruled by Russia any more (for 82 years) - this has proven to be a common belief.

I seem to have male sex organs (just checked)ahmm.. what do you do with them? Anyone?
Seriously - "engaged" for 10 years now.

I´ve been reading these forums regularly for a long time, not posting that much. Addictive, yes.

Kraigman (or Craig)!! I´m about to buy a digital camera, probably an Olympus in the near future. I´m interested to see what kind of quality I could expect or any valuable experience/advice. I have a SLR of some value, but my slides are just gathering dust - I haven´t got the time to play with film any more. If you get any decent fotos, feel free to mail me some. Or anybody else with experience with digital cameras!

                            Have a nice weekend everybody!

                            Antti

                                PurpleHaze,

I am quite piqued by your SCSI config. Care to describe it further (home sys? webcrawling?).

What about cable length limitations on UW specs? Do you use a RAID tower, SCSI repeater?
How do you keep the drives cool i.e. what kinda casing?

Just a SCSI nut myself. Spent close to $1K on a UW repeater, Granite Digital Teflon cables, and enclosures.
