You've got to be looking for water cooling!
Haven't done it myself yet though.
I'd get some heatsinks for the ram chips. Then cover them, the g400 chip and the ramdac with some 'boxes' and finally connect them all with a hose for some external stuff...Mmmm...
Too bad that all work will be worth nothing in a couple of months when a much faster chip is released (which ever that might be).
Ahh, well I guess one can have fun playing with it anyhow...

I have the Global Win FDP32 heatsink and fan. I modify it to fit on my G400(5ns). It helps. Before I was only able to do 235 but with the Global Win FDP32, I could do 240. I run a open case so I can touch the heatsink during test and it's cool. I wasn't able to do 245 and I am currently running 83MHz FSB. It might help if I run at 66MHz FSB but I still need to test it. The Heatsink is HUGE and it require lots of cutting and drilling to fit that SOB and it takes 3 of your PCI slots with the fan and 2 without. But that's a kick ass heatsink, and may be that's what you need to put your MAX to 250

            Good Luck.

Is all that effort and $$$$ worth the extra 5?
              I love OVERCLOCKERS.

I don't know if anyone could do 240/250.
I thought the max you can go is 185/250 for PowerStrip.. There's might be some other OC utility out there could do 240/250.

Something to clear is that I was only able to do 165/220 with the G400 heatsink. I added a Pentium fan on top of the heatsink and was able to do 177/235. Now I am using the Global Win FDP32 and I am able to do 180/240.

Does it worth the effort and $$ ? Probably not, but I was expecting more from the Global Win.. I guess I am just having a bad luck. I was expecting 185/250.

Small increments may do more than it seems.

I overclocked my G200 (yeah, some of use still use them on our XT's) from the 163 to 170 and it bumped my fillrate 10% (according to 3D Mark 99).

Anyone remember overclocking 300 baud modems? I pushed mine all the way to 440 one time. I felt like such a renegade.

Let's get Maggi to put up a pic of his cooling rig

Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
