Kudos to Haig et al!

I would just like to publicly thank the folks at Matrox for a fairly quick and friendly reply to correspondence regarding a heatsink for my G200.

Specifically Haig in tech support, Joey in customer service, and an unknown person in the rma department who didn't sign their name on the email

Total time from first inquiry to receipt of replies was less than a week and a brand new heatsink arrived shortly thereafter.
