AFAIK, there is only 3 programs that oc the G400: G200clk, powertrip and mgatweak. Try then for yourself (hint: forget about g200clk) and see what is the best for you. The amount of mhz your G400 will overclock is much more dependant how much lucky you got with your silicone than what program you use. MGAtweak is the one that offers more possibilities because you can change the multipliers.
My experience: both mgatweak and powertrip can push my vanilla g400 until 153/204, so there is no big diference. -
