IRQ ???

My computer constantly freezes whether its in Shogo or Quake 3 or whatever, it just freezes whenever it feels hehe, anyways, i have 3 devices using irq 10, it says multimedia device, network card, and serial bus is using irq 10. now am i supposed to use windows to change irqs? in device manager where it says Interrupt Request it says 9 on device manager. anyways i dunno what this all means but am i supposed to change it to fix all my probs? my dvd decoder card is on interrupt request 11 on device manager

What are the drivers installed, because when I got the 5.21 and 5.25, my computer use to freeze in any game I got (almost) and with the 5.15 with the beta icd, it didn't.

I had a night mare sharing IRQs with the Matrox. when the drivers were loadtogether for the respective cards were loaded I would get crashes resulting in blue dashs at the top of the screen with green vertical lines.

Fix

Ensure that the MAtrox has its own IRQ. this will mean checking to see how your mother board assigns address across it slots, or wether the bios allows you to cange it

Yea i got the newest drivers, i really dont know how to change irqs for my stuff, but i did yank my dxr2 decoder card out... still freezes.. just less... i have a be-6, i went into bios have no clue how to change irq
