G400MAX's that didn't get MAX rating, sold as stndrd G400s?

How can one recognize these?

They have a little white plug near the top for the MAX fan power connector and they have 5ns memory chips.

The memory chips will have a number on them. If the number ends with "-5", that means 5ns.

I got one of these, and it's running quite nicely at 155.25/207 (faster than the default for a max). I haven't found it's upper limit yet.
