OpenGL and 5.13?

Can I use the new beta icd with the 5.13 drivers? From what ive been reading im not sure that I want to go up to the 5.25 just yet. seems it causes more problems than it fixes. Anyways if anyone has weighted the goods and bads vs. the 2 lemme know maybe I will go up to 5.25. Thanks
