Do newest drivers fix messed up Desktop icons with G200

Like the suject says.

I installed 5.13 drivers when they came out and the desktop icons kept turning into multi-coloured blobs after a while so I went back to the previous drivers (pre-ICD).

Do the 5.25 drivers fix this problem?

I have a Millennium G200 8MB

I have two Mill G200's on two completely different systems...neither one has ever exibited the symptoms you describe. Is no big deal to update the drivers, so I would recommend you just try it..

One thing the 5.25 drivers did do for me with my G200 was to cure the 'yellow' shadow around icons. This has been around for ages, and suddenly - *boom* they went!!

However, my new shiny MAX came through the post from RAM Computers in Manchester. Superb!! Can't believe the increase in speed!! Oh, and by the way, it's not an OEM, it is actually the full retail product.

A happy Matrox user once again....!!
