Through the G400 Techdemo oracle, I summoned the Matrox fairy and she issued the following decree:
"No flaming Haig, ROM, or any other Matrox employee who hangs around here to help us. Sheesh! Give me a break already."
The Matrox Fairy pointed out that she granted many wishes with the last driver update and is hard at work granting others in forthcoming driver updates.
Wishes granted are provided to you AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. The Matrox Fairy makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, and without limitation, with regard to the quality, safety, contents, performance, merchantability, non-infringement or suitability for any particular or intended purpose of the Software found on the Matrox web site. In no event will the Matrox Fairy be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however they may arise and *even* if the Matrox Fairy has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
ANY INTERPRETATION OF THE CONTENTS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF STATEMENTS MADE BY THE MATROX FAIRY SHALL BE INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE FAIRY KINGDOM OF QUEBEC AND SHALL BE VIGOROUSLY ENFORCED BY THE CANADIAN MOUNTIES.
Wow did I write that ? hmm... look at the timestamp 3 am. that explains it!
do you forgive me haigh? damn man, just that you and ROM are here is in itself the best tech-support a business like big M can have.
On the other hand, I really wonder if I were right about the "hire another driver developer" thingie? I mean, could it help on the driver issues? I don't know much about business topoligies and running those things, but two heads think better than one, right?
