It has been stated very clearly that duty cycle correction will only take effect when clock divider of 1.5 or 2.25 is used. That's why you don't see the difference for your 2.5/2.0/2.0 settings.

You can't compare AMD SS7 system with Intel ones. The later will always come up with better results. And, if you don't tune the motherboard settings of SS7, such as VIA or ALi, you won't likely get good performance.
Anyway, there's still an improvement after MGATweak.
