  • Off topic: How long time is an "ASAP"

I have been comming here for over a year now, and I have yet to see these to pages change:
    www.murc.ws/Manuals.html www.murc.ws/Info.html

My question is, for how long time has these pages remained untouched by human hand?

I think this is a fairly important issue as it would contribute to the estimation of how much time an ASAP in general is covering. (Thus helping us all in understanding why big M (no, not McDonalds) sometime seems so slow at responding )

    Only thing missing: Matrox RT2000

Those are murc pages, not Matrox pages, so they have nothing to do with how Matrox defines ASAP, but how Ant does.

Where I work, ASAP is 15-20 minutes, 30 minutes tops.

Good luck with Matrox being able to comply with THAT definition of ASAP.

Where I work, ASAP usually means "last tuesday". Our usual reply? "A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part".
Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox
