Macrovison Problems with DH output

Hi I have been told that using the cinemaster v.16 with engine 1.028 disables macrovision. I tried this but it is not the case. Does anyone have experence with this problem.

I'm tring to output to VCR using the DH on the G400, But I still seem to get macrovision troubles.

Anyone help, or know of another way I would be very greatful.

I too have tried installing Engine 1.0.28 (supposed macrovision disabled)with player 1.6 - I found this not to be the case.


I too have a G400 Max - DVD quality is excellent with player supplied - I would love to see a way to disable macrovision

I just read earlier on one site - That Cinemaster Engine 1.0.28 was only macrovision disabled when used with ATI DVD and deleting one file called atitv.dll

So I am still none the Wiser.

OK Guys and Girls

There are a lot of us Matrox user out there who want to know if possible how to disable macrovision protection on the DH output of G400.
If anyone knows or knows someone who does please let us know.
