I assume that you have created a shortcut in the startup folder. Check the properties of that shortcut to ensure that it is set up to run minimized. Otherwise it will not work

tweak mg400 beta: save setting trouble
i have the tweak for matrox g400 overclock but when i save the setting and i reboot the computer, the setting are the default setting but not the optimized setting. how can i do?Comment

It's OK, i have a french version of windows 98 and windows properties are for this "démarrer" = "run" and "fenêtre réduite" = "minimized".
