    G400 Dual Head Multi Display problem

    Has anyone else had this?

    I'm running the G400 (16MB DH) in 1280x1024x16 on both monitors, with the 5.25 drivers. Everything is fine on the primary monitor but the secondary shows graphics corruption - huge inverse blobs and fonts turning into gibberish... ?

    I've turned off the bitmap cacheing & polygon acceleration and the read-around-write etc... in the bios (FIC-VA503+ 1st revision) to no effect.

    Actually I've got so annoyed with it that I've gone back to using my G100AGP + Mystique220 after finding a way to get them both to use the new 5.25 drivers.

    Suggestions anyone?
    Really I just want to know if anyone else has these problems to see if it is a driver bug that will (hopefully) be fixed in future releases of the drivers.

    I'm running 1280x1024x32bit on both heads, with no problems. The secondary display is routed through a Belkin OmniCube (may change that tonight), so it shows minor signal degradation.

    It has a little less contrast than the primary display, but none of the graphics corruption you've described. I am using the 5.25 drivers, as well.

      poo, it must be something else...

      Maybe I have some dodgy PC100 RAM...
