I myself am using LGS7J PC100, the DIMMs work fine up to 133. Not sure if it's memory related... it's damn puzzeling.
The crashes are clean - everything is running smoothly and then wham! everything gets corrupted - much like the chip itself crashed. Other times there's no corruption at all. Most of the times W98 will lock up softly, with mouse still moving, sound playing, and 3xCAD will still work...
