DirectX 7 is out (for 2 days now?)

I found DirectX 7 at the download centre with 20. Sep 1999 as release date?

It seems to be legit!!! Not on DirectX page yet but a serch at MS Download does bring it up and there server is running a little slow. But not as slow as when the rest of the world finds out (ie. a web sites advertises it's availablity). So hurry!
UT can't be far behind for you UNREAL fans.
