Anyone know what commandline version of SETI@Home will work in a Win95 DOS window? The file setiathome-13i386-winnt-cmdline.exe will work fine with Win98 but I get an error message (can't find ws2_32.dll) when I try to run it under Win95.

Alternately, anyone know a fix to get this program to run on a Win95 machine?

Nope, it just plain doesn't work on win95. the kernel can't handle it. You're stuck with the gui version, unless you upgrade to win98.
