  • Cache Rd + CPU Wt Pipeline?

I was wondering why it is generally recommended to disable this in the BIOS for G200 cards. Enabling it gives a slight boost in graphics benches (including Quake2) and a decent boost in overall system performance. I haven't noticed any reduction in stability or visual quality. Anyone?

    Hi!

I got an AX59Pro (MVP3 CE rev. mb) and from my experience, enabling Cache Rd + CPU Wt Pipeline make my system unstable (GPF, blue screen, etc...)

Maybe this option work with card other than the G200...

If you have any questions, don't hesitate!

    Sorry about my english

With the current PDesk drivers, I don't have to disable this feature on my Epox MVP3G-M. Earlier it was a must if you wanted to run G200 on any MVP3 based motherboard. So I don't know if it is the advantage of PDesk 5.2x, Epox design or whatever, but the baseline is IT WORKS now.

I have an Epox MVP3G-M and have never had to disable it, even with older drivers. It worked fine on an older noname SS7 board also. If it works for you enable it.
