(alpha) G400 Win-2K Drivers Released

The Matrox developer site has finally posted an alpha of the Windows 2000 driver. It's password protected and only available to registered developers (not me).

The release states:

"Please note this is not an officially supported driver release. Current driver limitations include: no AGP texturing, limited bump support, no anti-aliasing, no anisotropic filtering, no palettize texture formats."

This seems to be a pretty sparce rev'. I guess we can't expect the final for awhile.

Even though many features are disabled/not working, this is very incredible. I'm very happy. very very happy.

Hope the Dev Rel Team is fast to reply e-mails they've changed the password for the G400 download page.
