Matrox Has Really Improved Customer Service

I ordered a Max from Matrox and got it about a month ago. Well it had serious heat problems, so I sent it back. Anyway, when I called customer service, they did not give me the usual rigamarole. Instead they just sent out a new card, which I put in today. It has been running for 10 hours with no crashes. I gotta say I am quite pleased with Matrox this time.
