I have a K6-2 with the CXT core. I'm using the K6-2 utility to set the Linear Frame Buffer for Write Combining. The utility reports the buffer at E8000000 and E000000, yet MGATweak reports Mapped Linear address at CBF45000h. Any ideas if these are the same and if not which one is the correct address?

Doesn't the 5.x drivers set up write conbining for you? They do here:
K6,K6/2,K6/2cxt-Utility, Andreas Stiller, c't V 1.1, Nov 98
Syntax: SetK6 /on .. set WA for all memory (found: 128 MByte)
Syntax: SetK6 .. w/o parameter:displays actual configuration
/on:Memorysize .. enable write allocation for memory [in MByte]
/off .. disable write allocation
SetK6 /M0:LFB,Size[,attr] Write combining for primary LFB
SetK6 /M1:LFB2,Size[,attr] Write combining for second. LFB
CPUID : Typ=00 Fam=05 Mod=09 Step=01
Processor Name : AMD K6-3 Step 1, 448 MHz
PCI Framebuffers : 1. E0000000, 2. DC000000
Fillrate with "Cold Cache": 62.9 MByte/s
Write Allocation : enabled up to 128 MByte, no whole in 15 - 16M
Write Combining for LFB : MTRR0=D8000000, Size: 64.0 MB, write combining
