How do I enable Vsync with the TurboGL driver the setting in the registry does not work.

You might be able do it with the Matrox Overclock utility, which controls vsynch via a hardware register rather than a registry setting.
I can't swear to this though, as I can't run the TurboGL on my lowly P2 to test this myself
