Dear Matrox RMA. (Or people that knows anyone at the RMA dept.)
U have had my G200 since March. I believe the least u can do is answer my email.
The RMA # is 821301.
U has been nothing but trouble to me, and now U will not even answer my email. Why?
I have a G400 MAX now, so is it possible to compensate me in ANY other way? A rainbow runner?
Please, tell me what to do.
(It is a tiny inky bit frustrating. I have not done wrong. All the mistakes are yours.)
