    the easiest way I've found to change from irq sharing is to pick which irq you want for the g400 (9, 10, 11) and remove whichever hardware is on that irq in the device manager, change the irq that you don't want the g400 on and would like to put the one you just removed on to isa/legacy in the bios, then choose update escd enabled and reboot! usually the soundcard is the best at irq 5 and g400 at irq 9, I think when sharing the g400 just needs too much umf(tm) for itself
