G400 & Windows 2000

I have my G400 running perfectly under
Windows 2000 RC2. Does any one if it is
possible to get the second monitor to run
so I can have a dual display desktop?

What I mean is that I am not experiencing
any crashes as a lot of people have reported.
My machine is rock solid. Of course, I have no D3D, OpenGL, etc, since the drivers are so basic and don't include these features.

Now, is there a way to get a second monitor
to run in an extended desktop configuration,
just as I can do in Windows 98?

It was my understanding that you need PowerDesk to do that. If I'm right, the answer is no.
