YUP thats true I tried making agp clk to 1/1 and it did work... the problem is however thats because u declocked your g400. lets say your running a 100 mhz motherboard, ok so you make it 1/1 so you think the matrox is running at 100 mhz right? well from what i was told the g400 knows when its being pushed so it has an automatic safety feature where it half clocks it so in reality you are running at 50mhz on the card

Abit BM6/C366@550 in a Q500 In-Win Case. Don't have a clue what kind of problems you're talking about. I had a few issues related to a bad power supply (Not givin enough voltage!). This caused sporadic behavior of the entire system. I considered wether or not it could be a bad MBD or card. Then I broke out the multimeter and tested the output of the PWS. Simply put, the system was its' own little "brown outs", with the 3.3v circut dropping to around 2.2v every 5 minutes for about 4 seconds. Since that situation was rectified there have been no problems whatsoever.

One word of caution to the uninitated! Be careful around your power supply, especially if you decide to open it up!!! There are capacitors in those things that could KILL you even after being unplugged. The only parts in your system that are more hazardous are the CRT and High Voltage Anode in your monitor. TIP: this is one situation where you don't want to wear a wrist strap. You also better know what you're doing or you will short out the MB!

Just tranfered my system to an Addtronics 7896A case with a 300W power supply. No problems at all with the ABIT BE6 and the 2 wire Canadian made MAX. This case is HUGE!!!
