I'm pretty sure you can just select and remove them like any other device. If not, they OUGHT to go away when you remove the device they're tied to. If all else fails, reboot in safe mode and remove them.

a suggestion : try closing PDesk. Click Alt-Ctrl-Del to run the task manager and close it. I've had my G400 for 3 days, and also had a slowdown problem, PDesk in the background created these very short hangs of the CPU, which caused EVERYTHING to work slow, it's not very noticable in 2D apps, but very noticable in 3D. It also prevented the G400 TechDemo from installing correctly. Closing PDESK solved the problem. I think PDESK conflicts with something, but I'm not sure what or when (not always!), I have several suspects, still investigating it... will post my conclusions when I have any definite ones...
My System:
----------
Abit BH6
P2-350 @ 100x4.5
128MB PC100 SDRAM
SbLive! Value
G400 32MB DualHead Vanilla OEM (126/168)
SCSI Card, NIC,
TV Card (FlyVideo'98) shares IRQ with G400
AGP Aperture = 128MB
OS = Windows 98 Hebrew Enabled (not SE)
The drivers are 5.30
DirectX 7.0 final
SBLive Drivers are Live!Ware v2.1
At 1024x768x32bit, 32bit Z, Triple Buffer, VSynch Off, I get
3500-3600 3D Marks
4200-4300 3D CPUMarks
Of course you should get much more with your P3-500.
When the problem existed, I tested at 1024x768x16bit, 32bit Z and got only 3200 3D Marks and 3600 3D CPUMarks.
Anyway, good luck... I'm still investigating.

These look fine. If you don't have a (display) driver conflict it's beyond me. My only suggestion at this time is to try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
Would you please post your 3DMark details (using File->Export from the result browser)? 41 fps for the race is not excellent, but it's not very bad either, so I wonder about the cause of your overall score of 2400. You wouldn't be confusing your rasterizer score with 3DMark score, would you?P3@600 | Abit BH6 V1.01 NV | 256MB PC133 | G400MAX (EU,AGP2X) | Quantum Atlas 10K | Hitachi CDR-8330 | Diamond FirePort 40 | 3c905B-TX | TB Montego A3D(1) | IntelliMouse Explorer | Iiyama VisionMaster Pro 17 | Win2K/NT4

You need to get a newer build of 3DMark99 (build 200). Have a look at your processor info. This is what you should get:
Processor:
Processor Type: Intel Pentium III
Processor Speed: 500 MHz
Processor Caps: MMX SSE
L1 Cache Size: 32 KB
L2 Cache Size: 512 KB
and this is what you get:
Processor:
Processor Type: Unknown
Processor Speed: 500 MHz
Processor Caps: MMX KATMAI
L1 Cache Size: 32 KB
L2 Cache Size: 512 KB
Ergo, Pentium III optimizations are not enabled. This is the explanation for your low scores.

prepare yourself for shitkicking
the build100 version IS the reason why you get these low scores!
On my old system (P2-400, G200), my 3DMarks with build100 were around 1700. The same system with 3DMark MAX (build200) gave me a result of around 2600 3DMarks!
So I'm sure getting the latest version of the benchmark software will solve this "low-score" prowblem for you
