Holding Monitor Sizing Settingsafter Reboot G400

I got my 32 mg G400 DH OEM 2 weeks ago. I have a 19 " ADp 6P Monitor. I make all my sizing adjustments on the monitor Horizontal and vetical etc. But when I reboot the settings do not hold.

I had a CL TNT before the g400 and never had this problem.

I have set my resolutions using Matrox Utility at 100 mgh refresh @1024x768, 8x6,1158x8 ect which I had used with the TNT.

Now it appears when I play Drakan (@1152 x 852) close the game and go back to the desktop and then turn off the computer, then reboot, then I have to reset the monitor settings. If I don't play Drakan, shut down and reboot the settings seem to hold.

Any ideas on what I can do to get my monitor sizings to hold after reboot?

Gateway P2400, 128 ram, g400 32 DH,

I do have the drivers installed for the monitor.

Hey there cshaws,

Have you tried playing Drakan in 1024x768? I have a strange feeling that your problem will not occur if you play at that resolution instead. Don't ask me why, it's just a feeling. Let me know.

you can also try playing the game at the same color depth as your desktop...
