  • Finally!!!!

At last, all my problems seems to be solved!

After getting rid of all IRQ problems (my modem was really looking for trouble) I got the tech demo running. However, the the screen always froze at 1024x768?!?
But, after that I forced 1xAGP everything works just fine (even with bus mastering enabled).

So, just one question...how much does 1xAGP decrease the graphic performance? Do I notice any difference?

I want to thank all you people at this site for the tremendous help I got (even answers on my most stupid questions) and that you have managed to understand my poor english.

Greetings from a very happy G400MAX owner, now with a working SBLive!/G400 combination.

32MB texture rendering is increased with AGP X 2. So far, no game uses textures this size. Only 3D/Cad apps will use textures this size when you render the project.
