Reg Hacks
Have D/L the reg hacks file. I used it to enable AGP 2x, the 5.3 drvs defaulted my system to 1x, it was always 2x b/4 with the TNT 2 card. The G400 blows away the TNT2, and can run at 89 Mhz AGP bus, full AGP Aperture, which the TNT2 couldn't!
The G400 runs great in D3D and open GL, but I'm curious, do I need the "hacks" for anistropic, Palletized textures, Bumpmapping, sub-pixel Accuracy?
The default settings in th eregistry, under DX only has an entry for "32bitZ", none of the above are present, enabled or disabled.
Are they automatically enabled with this card, or should I add the reg entries which = "1"?
If I add the reg entries = "0", does this disable the G400s feature?
Any tips or help appreciated.
